The attached record is listed in order by area, then, where applicable, by row, and finally by position in row, and should be read in conjunction with the attached maps. If you wish to manipulate the data, for instance alphabetically by surname (which might be appropriate for anyone wishing to locate the graves or dates of death of a number of family members), please email the parish office at stmaryssawston@btinternet.com, or the author at robric41@hotmail.com for a copy of the original excel spreadsheet.
To assist in manipulating the data, the heading and general notes have been placed under separate worksheet headings at the bottom of the screen. After copying the spreadsheet so that the original is readily available if required, highlight the entire table of interments, then click on Sort and Filter, then Custom Sort, and finally the heading under which sorting is required.
