Our offerings via the Mission Plate are for the Christian Blind Mission, please see below for further information. 

FETE

A gentle reminder that there is a box for BOGOF contributions under the bookstall table in Church.  These will be used for prizes etc and will be especially welcome since we expect a greater attendance than usual.

Calling all cake makers! Mother's Union are serving teas in Church and would appreciate a contribution of either a cake or some help.
There is a list on the table for names who wish to partake.
Funds from the teas will be going to the Church funds.

PCC

The new PCC met recently and elected Susan Lowdell as a member to serve for three years and Roger Mansfield as vice-chairman, Sharon Compton as treasurer, Mary Dicken as secretary, Janet Martin as electoral roll officer and Barbara Hylton as gift aid officer. Committees were also elected and the list is on the notice board

Open Meeting

There is an Open Meeting of the Diocesan Synod on June 11 at Witchford Village College at 9.30am where the issue of Women in the Episcopate will be discussed and anyone interested is welcome to attend. There are also Road Shows on this topic with details on the notice board.

Monday Evening Housegroup

The Monday Evening Housegroup will meet at Dorothy and Brian's at 1 Catleys Walk this week 6/6/11 as Sally and David will be on holiday.  Back to usual venue on 13/6/11 !
